Here are a couple of photos from The Revolutionary Rendezvous today. Students from around the county visited to experience the special event going on at Ferdinand Forest over the next two days.

If you have time, go check it out. It's completely free and full of interesting demonstrations, games and activities to learn about our country 250 years ago.

Friday, April 17, 2026 Issue #294 From Dubois County Jim Pemberton spent the afternoon flyfishing in the ponds at The Parklands. Mr. Pemberton began flyfishing about 18 years ago after a career in the Washington State government. Hey Reader, Happy Friday. Mr. Pemberton ties his own flies, but his arthritis sometimes makes it a little hard. He's caught a lot of fish on the pond.
