Issue #268

From Dubois County

It's Wednesday, Reader,

There are a lot of headlines today, including a feature on Chris Tretter of Sultan's Run. The story outlines his vision for Sultan's Run and how he became its steward.

We also learned that the unidentified developer who prompted the expansion of Jasper's tax increment finance district seems to have pulled out of the deal with the property's owner. The city still approved adding the 90 acres to the district, though.

Operation Snow White seems to have led to a lot of cocaine dealing charges.

And, I learned more about how unique Indiana's paddlefish is (or are ¯\_(ツ)_/¯).

On a side note, some folks' emails bounced back, and if it is a hard bounce (I have no idea what that means), those emails are automatically unsubscribed.

Apparently, it was an issue with a single bit of text in a file on our DNS name servers, blah, blah, blah.

I fixed it, and it should help with those bounces.

But, in the future, if you aren't receiving these emails, reach out to me so we can troubleshoot and ensure everything is working well.

From Dubois County with love.

Matthew and Amy Crane
