From Dubois County

Hey Reader,

Here are a few photos of the dredging going on at Ferdinand State Forest. DNR is removing tons of sediment from the mouth of the stream that feeds the lake. They're taking the sediment to a field near the primitive camping area to store it while it dries.

Along with the dredging, they're replacing two culverts on the main road through the park and making improvements to the campground this fall.

Have a great day.

From Dubois County with love.

Matthew and Amy Crane
