Issue #156

From Dubois County

Happy Monday Tuesday Reader,

It's September already. When do we quit calling it Faux Fall? Our windows have been open daily for about two weeks now.

Hope you enjoyed your long weekend.

Growing up in a coal mining family, Labor Day meant a long weekend at the annual fair with my friends, where we would ride the rides and eat an incredible amount of junk food for three days and then throw candy at people in the annual parade.

It was a great celebration marking the end of summer for us kids before we headed back to school.

In the headlines today, the commissioners heard an update on the second solar project planned in Dubois County. You can read about that below, along with other actions taken during today's meeting.

Thanks for following us.

From Dubois County with love.
